Tuna landing from early morning, right before sunrise, the best quality tuna comes from the fishing boats, and lands here for processing, to be immediately flown to Manila for the export market. C-grade tuna for the local market is only processed after 9 am—that is, after sashimi-grade tuna has been processed, brought to the airport, and loaded on a plane to Manila by 9 am.
